Endemic.

A pendent, epiphytic shrub with branched, appressed-pubescent stems; leaves strongly unequal, the larger ones oblanceolate, 10 cm long, suben- tire, glabrous above, strigose beneath, usually red-spotted, the smaller ones stipule-like, not over 1 cm long; flowers solitary, the pedicels pendent, longer than the leaves, bracteate at the base; calyx lobes lanceolate, about 3 cm long, green, hirsute, pectinate-toothed, the teeth usually shorter than the width of the lobes; corolla scarlet, 4-5 cm long, pilose, the limb 15-17 mm wide, subregular.
